Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. The Security Deposit amount will have to be paid before occupying the premises & the same will be refunded back to the occupant on handing over the vacant possession of the demised portion after adjusting any arrears of rent or other damages that are assessed by the management. The deposit shall not carry any interest.
  2. The tenancy is specifically for a person for a particular room & bed, and the tenant shall not sublet/underlet or transfer her portion with any other tenant. In an event if this is found by the management than the person in question will cease to continue as the tenant & stand to lose the security deposit.
  3. As the minimum tenancy is for a period of one month (30 days), if a person books the bed / room by paying the security deposit and later decides not to check in the facility, one month’s rent will be deducted from the security deposit amount and the balance shall be refunded on the basis of a written request.
  4. If a person makes a booking by paying the security deposit and does not move into the facility, the tenancy will have deemed to be commenced from the date of booking and will stay valid for a maximum period of one months (30 days). After which the particular booking will stand cancelled as the security deposit amount will get adjusted against the one month’s rent.
